From November 19 to 21, In the Name of the Family will hold a conference titled “How to DECIDE on Future Policies?” at the European Parliament in Brussels, under the project DECIDE – Democratic Engagement through Critical Information Discernment and Education.
The three-day conference will cover topics including the future of European policy-making in a post-truth era, media literacy and recognizing disinformation, the role of education in nurturing informed citizens, digital tools, and other related topics. The conference is intended for MEPs representing different EU countries and political groups, partner representatives, civil society and NGO representatives, and experts on media literacy, disinformation, digital communication, and EU policy-making, from Croatia, Austria, Lithuania, and Belgium.
Od 19. do 21. studenog, udruga U ime obitelji održat će konferenciju pod nazivom „How to DECIDE on Future Policies?“ u Europskom parlamentu u Bruxellesu, u sklopu projekta DECIDE – Demokratski angažman kroz kritičko razlučivanje informacija i obrazovanje.
Trodnevna konferencija obuhvatit će teme poput budućnosti europskog donošenja politika u eri postistine, medijske pismenosti i prepoznavanja dezinformacija, uloge obrazovanja u njegovanju informiranih građana, digitalnih alata i drugih srodnih tema. Konferencija je namijenjena zastupnicima u Europskom parlamentu koji predstavljaju različite zemlje EU-a i političke skupine, te predstavnicima partnera, predstavnicima civilnog društva i nevladinih organizacija te stručnjacima za medijsku pismenost, dezinformacije, digitalnu komunikaciju i donošenje politika EU-a iz Hrvatske, Austrije, Litve i Belgije.
